ACCORDINGLY, INTERNATIONAL SELLER SHALL SEEK NO RECOURSE AGAINST ANY OF CREATIONSHOP’S THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO INTERNATIONAL SELLER, FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SERVICES PERFORMED HEREUNDER.
